No. Come to the front desk at Coppermine and let the helpful folks know you are there for swim lessons and you will sign in. Enter the pool through the family changing area.

Bring your towel and if you use googles please bring them.

That is totally up to you. Learning to swim is very individual specific. Each lesson is designed with the swimmer in mind and skills will progressively build with each lesson.
