No. Come to the front desk at Coppermine and let the helpful folks know you are there for swim lessons and you will sign in. Enter the pool through the family changing area.

Bring your towel and if you use goggles please bring them.

This is totally up to you. Learning to swim is very individual-specific. Each lesson is designed with the swimmer in mind and skills will progressively build with each lesson. Wendy will talk with you about her recommendations.
